Sean and the team at Nine Yards were able to complete a number of jobs for my newly bought property including a large amount of plastering ( walls and ceilings in 2 bedrooms and the halllway) and replacing plugs/switches/lights. I was nervous before starting as I have heard many horror stories of bad builders but I can safely say that this company provides a reliable, high quality service at a competitive price! Sean was excellent with his communication before the job and arrived early to set up and check the property before starting any work. Plastering is a very messy job but Sean came prepared with protection for my floors and furniture. He and his colleague worked hard to compelte the job within the planned time frame, without sacrificing on quality. The walls and ceilings were plastered to near perfection! They were so shiny and smooth that you could see a reflection in some areas (as can be seen in the second photo attached of the ceiling). They also cleaned up everything well which meant that i didnt have to spend too long cleaning after they left. Sean is clearly very passionate about providing a high quality service and this is apparent in his attention to detail and final results. Sean and his colleague was very pleasant to have in my home and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at any point. They were respectful and focused on their work throughout.
